Thomas PretiAs co-founder of Thomas Preti Events to Savor, Tom Preti oversees the growth and development of the company. Tom has been dominating the New York City culinary scene for over 25 years. At an early age, Tom knew he wanted to pursue a career in the culinary arts. Seeking to formalize his expertise, Tom enrolled in the prestigious Culinary Institute of America, which would ultimately shape the entire direction of his career. This experience enabled his vision to come to fruition.

After his apprenticeship at Miami Beach's famed Fountainbleau Hotel and Resort to thriving as an Executive Sous Chef at New York's legendary Plaza Hotel, Tom packed up his knives in search of a richer experience. With his cousin Michael, co-founder, and their aspiration to carve a niche for themselves, the two visionaries created the beginnings of a catering sensation that would soon evolve into a business of culinary expertise.

In addition to Tom's deep passion for cooking, is his ability to astonish every client. The recipe to their business success has always been the level of customer loyalty and repeat business they receive on an annual basis. They have earned a reputation for providing an unparalleled culinary experience by tailoring the needs of each event to match their unique image and style. Their clients appreciate the personal, high-level of service and attention to detail. Currently, Tom sits on the board of directors of the International Caterers Association. In the past two years, he has won back-to-back Biz Bash awards for 'Best Fresh Idea' and 'Best Overall Catered Event.'
